Bryan Plug, President and CEO

Bryan Plug is a seasoned executive with extensive executive leadership experience in the information technology industry. He has a proven track record of establishing crisp vision and creating innovative solutions that deliver significant strategic business value to customers. He has served as President and CEO of several successful companies including Kintana, which was acquired by Mercury Interactive. Prior to Kintana, Bryan served as CEO of SMART Technologies, which was acquired by I2 Technologies. Bryan also spent several years at SAP where he was president of SAP Canada and executive vice president of SAP Americas. Bryan Plug also serves (and has served) as a director of several public and private companies, including his serving as a member of the Accept Corporation Board of Directors.

 

Stephen Turner, Senior Vice President Sales

Stephen Turner brings to Accept Corporation his deep knowledge of Field Operations from his tenure at Epiance / MeasureLive.  Stephen has spent just shy of 20 years delivering over-quota for companies such as ASK Computer, SAP America, and Allegis Corporation, where he increased revenue by 400% over 3 years.  At SAP Stephen ran a vertical organization responsible for the U.S. manufacturing sector. 

 

Christine Crandell, Senior Vice President Marketing

Prior to joining Accept Corporation, Ms. Crandell was chief marketing officer and executive vice president of business development and alliances for Egenera. Prior to Egenera, Ms. Crandell served as vice president of Marketing for Ariba, Inc., where she led the company’s transition from an on-premise to SaaS vendor and rebuilt the global brand. She has also held senior marketing management roles with SAP, Oracle, and Price Waterhouse.

 

John Haniotis, Senior Vice President Products

Prior to joining Accept Corporation, Mr. Haniotis was a Product Management and Strategy leader for Intuit's Small Business Ecosystem platform and Financial Software Group, where he was instrumental in pioneering a companywide Requirements Management process. Prior to Intuit, Mr. Haniotis led product management for Aspect Communications, Chordiant and Neoforma and has held leadership positions at Global Village Communications and Apple Computer.

 

Stephen Plume, Senior Vice President Alliances

Steve Plume has been working with venture-backed companies in Silicon Valley since 1987, with particular focus on enterprise software infrastructure and applications. Steve was a co-founder of R. B. Webber & Company, a Silicon Valley high-tech consulting and investment firm, where his early-stage clients included such future IPO companies as Aurum, Sybase, SeeBeyond, CommerceOne, Persistence, and Sagent. Steve holds a Bachelor's Degree magna cum laude from Yale University.

 

Mark Pecoraro, Senior Vice President SaaS Operations

Mark Pecoraro brings more than 18 years of leadership experience in enterprise applications, infrastructure software, technical services and global business operations to Accept Corporation. Mark has been a CEO twice, at Commerce One LLC and SuccesFactors.  His other senior leadership roles have included tenures as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Services at Commerce One and Vice President of Customer Solutions and Engineering at SuccessFactors.  Mark holds a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

 

Peter K. Skinner, Chief Financial Officer

Peter Skinner has over 20 years of experience in finance and business development.  Prior to joining Accept Corporation, Peter has served as CFO of  PTRx, Inc., a pharmacy benefit management company. During his career, Peter has led finance organizations for companies including ePatterns, Inc., Pupule Sports, Inc., and Oceania, Inc. where he was founder and CFO.  Peter began his business career at Pacific Bell as a Product Manager.

 

Yonatan Goraly, Chief Technology Officer

Yonatan Goraly has managed complex software projects for the past 20 years, in the areas of business application analysis, J2EE application development, and rich user interfaces. Before co-founding Accept Corporation, Yonatan was the co-founder, Engineering Director, and Chief Scientist at Diligent Software Systems, a leading eSourcing vendor that was acquired by B2E Markets. Yonatan holds a BS with Honors from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
