We are seeking experienced consulting organizations with a proven track record in implementing new product development, product management, and enterprise portfolio management solutions, from strategic alignment of objectives all the way through process and technology deployment.

Strategy Implementation Partners

As a certified solutions partner, you will be entitled to the use of our hosted Accept solution in your own organization. Additionally, you will have the ability to utilize the Accept solution for implementations in your clients' environments, and participate in our referral program when your clients adopt the Accept solution.

Implementation/Training Partners

Accept will certify at least two of your consultants on the Accept solution. You will agree to maintain competency on the Accept solution as new products or versions are released and will support your consultants in their training. You will make your consultants available to provide services as we send you client leads for implementation services.

Referral Program

We maintain cross-referral programs with all of our consulting partners.

Partner Requirements

Qualified partners will have the experience and capabilities to cover the following:

  • Core Team Training:  Providing the core team with a working understanding of Accept through classroom training and/or working sessions
  • Solution Design:  Understanding the customer's organization, products, business challenges, and processes, and designing an Accept solution specific to the customer
  • Planning Data Consolidation:  Populating the Accept solution with market and product data, including the import of legacy data
  • Process Integration:  Researching the customer's processes to identify main use cases and configure Accept to support these use cases
  • Project Management:  Implementing project controls for planning, scheduling, risk management, escalation, project reviews, contact information and team roles and responsibilities

 

We are looking for partners that have the following qualifications:

  • Domain expertise in portfolio management, product management, product planning, and product development
  • A proven track record delivering consulting or training as part of successful enterprise software implementation projects
  • An ability to leverage leading-edge technology to enhance your capabilities with your existing client base, as well as to expand your capabilities to service a broader prospect base
  • Customer experience in the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) markets
  • The committed time to get at least two of your consultants certified on the Accept solution and implementation methodology
