Accept Software Corp (Accept) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that you provide to us. This statement explains our policies and practices regarding the use and disclosure of your personal information by Accept. Please note that Accept reviews and updates this Privacy Policy from time to time as needed without notice. Therefore, you should review the terms of this Privacy Policy periodically to make sure that you are aware of how Accept collects and uses personal information. By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by Accept as explained below. The following policies are only in effect for the Web pages, newsletters, and opt-in announcement lists owned and operated by Accept Software.
What information are you collecting and how are you collecting it?
Every computer connected to the Internet is given a domain name and a set of numbers, which serve as that computer's "Internet Protocol" IP address. When a visitor requests a page from the Accept Web site, our Web servers automatically recognize that visitor's domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our site. Do you use cookies?
We only set cookies on the download registration form in order to prevent you from having to re-register to gain access to other downloads. No personal information is set in the cookie.
What information do you collect when I register for something?
Accept offers access to some services that require registration. We may use your registration contact information to send notification to you of Accept products and services by e-mail and/or postal mail. We may also permit our agents and resellers to contact you regarding product and service opportunities. An option is provided when registering with Accept to opt out of such e-mail notifications; the same opt-out option will be provided in every piece of e-mail sent to you by Accept or its agents and resellers.
What other information do you request?

Opt-In Announcement List Privacy Policy
When you sign up for an Accept e-mail newsletter, you should only receive the information you affirmatively select. Each e-mail sent by Accept contains information on unsubscribing from lists to which a user may have previously opted-in. If you have difficulty unsubscribing via the standard channels, and do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by contacting us.
